Getting to Know Carmen and Dallas

Dreams…hobbies…pet peeves! I know you have them, and the Fab Girls, Dallas and Carmen Fabrulléziano, are no different! Dallas dreams of winning a Pulitzer Prize someday…and Carmen, an Academy Award. Dallas is always totally honest (she cannot stand gossip!), and Carmen is super thoughtful (she keeps track of everyone’s birthdays in the entire eighth grade!).
And guess what? Carmen and Dallas were inspired by our fab readers…like you! That’s right! You’ve written to us about your dreams, your hopes, your fears…you’ve even shared your embarrassing moments, worst days, and most personal secrets. The Fab Girls couldn’t have come to life without you! You can get to know Carmen and Dallas better through the Fab Girls Guides, and I hope you love them!
In the meantime, here are some Fab Girl secrets! Carmen is a rising star (she already had a small part in a really cool movie!), but she’s actually really shy. Plus, she gets totally nauseous when it’s time for class presentations. Dallas, on the other hand, isn’t shy at all…but she is holding back when it comes to her crush! (He’s the lead guitarist in her band!)

I’m so happy with the new books. I asked for them for christmas, and hope that I get it. I really like the whole touph times book idea. i can’t wait to get a Fab Girls Book. They look so useful. im in 6th grade u would be surprised how much drama there is at my school. I am ALOT like carman in alot of ways….like style, friends, just the way she is but….sometimes I like to try something new…and for reading that quiz it sounds like carman (mostly) dosn’t like to try some new stuff……I think I am mostly like carman….but I can be both!!!
