If you have straight hair try...

Up & Down


YOU'LL NEED: Claw clip
or barrette.

• Make a center part.
• Leave a one-inch section of bangs loose to frame face.
• Comb top half of hair back and secure with claw clip or barrette.

Braid & Bun

YOU'LL NEED: Small rubber band, bobby pins, elastic.

• Make a deep side part, then comb a two-inch section of hair across forehead and pin above ear.
• Take a two-inch section of hair from side of part and make a small braid down side of head; wrap with a small rubber band.
• Gather all hair into a side ponytail just below ear; wrap with elastic.
• Twist ponytail loosely around elastic and secure with bobby pins. Leave ends loose.

Side-Swept & Sleek

YOU'LL NEED: Two bobby pins, curling iron.

• Part hair on the side.
• Smooth a three-inch section of hair back and to the side of head; hold in place with two crisscrossed bobby pins.
• Curl ends with a large-barreled curling iron.

If you have wavy hair try...

Side-Clipped Waves


YOU'LL NEED: Two pins, curling iron, hairspray.

• Part hair in the center.
• Finger-comb hair to gently loosen waves.
• Start at center part and pull back front pieces of hair; pin above ears.
• Touch up waves by wrapping hair around the outside of the barrel of a curling iron. Mist with hairspray.

Low Pony

YOU'LL NEED: Bobby pin, elastic.

• Make a two-inch deep side part.
• Sweep bangs to the side and secure with bobby pin.
• Gather all hair into a ponytail just below the ear on opposite side of part; wrap with elastic.

Braid With Bands

YOU'LL NEED: Two thin headbands, elastic.

• Smooth hair straight back from forehead.
• Slide on two thin headbands, positioned about an inch apart.
• Pull hair into a low ponytail and make a braid; wrap with elastic.

If you have straight hair with bangs try...

Classic Pony


YOU'LL NEED: Comb, elastic.

• Make a three-inch deep side part and pull bangs across forehead.
• Get volume at the crown by teasing hair with a comb.
• Gather hair into a high ponytail and wrap with elastic.

Polished Pigtails

YOU'LL NEED: Bobby pin, two elastics.

• Create a zigzag side part.
• Comb bangs off of face and secure with bobby pin.
• Pull hair into low pigtails behind ears and wrap with elastics.

Up & Undone

YOU'LL NEED: Elastic or large barrette.

• Start with a messy side part.
• Sweep bangs to sides of face.
• Pull longer strands of hair in front of ears and leave loose near face.
• Brush back top section of hair and secure with elastic or a large barrette.

If you have curly or wavy hair try...

Sweet Curls


YOU'LL NEED: Bobby pin, headband.

• Make a small side part near hairline.
• Comb a three-inch section of hair across forehead and pin just below ear.
• Slide on a headband, tucking bobby pin under headband.

Loose Half-Pony

YOU'LL NEED: Elastic, curling iron.

• Part hair in the center.
• Leave bangs loose near face.
• Start just above ears and pull back top section of hair; wrap with elastic.
• Touch up curls near face with curling iron.

Wrapped Up

YOU'LL NEED: Bobby pins, wrap.

• Pull bangs forward and leave loose.
• Gather hair into a high ponytail; wrap with elastic.
• Separate ponytail into several strands, securing each to back of head with bobby pins and fluffing the ends.
• Add a wrap and tie at the nape of neck.
