1. Purchase: No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. 2. Promotion Duration: Promotion begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on June 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on July 31, 2010, when all entries must be received. 3. How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit electronically the online entry form at DiscoveryGirls.com/hellokitty. One entry per person only. Multiple entries for the same e-mail address will be deleted. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. 4. Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, except as prohibited by law. Employees of Discovery Girls, Inc., and their affiliates, and employees of companies that have provided prizes, and the families of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply. 5. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected on or about August 1, 2010. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about August 15, 2010. 6. Prizes: Ten (10) copies of Hello Kitty Birthday Adventures, ARV $29.99. 7. General Conditions: Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. Return of the prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner does not respond within two weeks, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may or may not be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. All decisions of the Sponsors are final and binding in all respects. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won. 8. Internet: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incorrect, misdirected, or incompletely received entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the sponsors reserve the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such persons responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on an e-mail address, the entrant will be declared to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes.
