Scavenger Hunt 2011 Official Rules

1. Entries must have a correct list of the numbers of the additional pages on which the 9 "Scavenger Hunt" items shown on the inside cover of the June/July ‘11 issue of Discovery Girls appear, as well as a name, age, and address, and a phone number we may use to contact the entrant. 2. Entries must be postmarked by August 1, 2011. 3. No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per person. Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, except as prohibited by law. Employees of Discovery Girls, Inc., and their affiliates, and employees of companies that have provided prizes, and the families of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply. 4. A drawing will be held for the giveaway on or about August 10, 2011. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Winners will be notified by mail on or about August 30, 2011. Prizes will be mailed directly from companies providing prizes and/or the editorial offices of Discovery Girls, Inc. Contest entry constitutes permission for Discovery Girls, Inc. to provide entrant's postal address to one of the companies providing prizes in the event that entrant wins a prize. 5. No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. Choice of which prize is awarded to which winner will be at the sole discretion of Discovery Girls, Inc. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to these official rules and the decision of sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. 6.
