I only normally read books for school. But sometimes I find some cute books at thelibrary to read. Otherwise I normally just read magazines. Like DG!

Hey. This is warriorcat and I’m reccomending the WARRIORS series by Erin Hunter (and yes, thus my name) it’s about wild cats who live in a forest and live in groups called clans. they have a leader, a medecine cat (which heals sickness with herbs and talks to their ancestors) and warriors and apprentices and many more cats. There are four clans: ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan and ShadowClan.Its almost a Kitty Drama. Right now im on book #1 of the 3rd series

I love reading. I don’t really get why people don’t like reading. I mean, for some people, I guess it’s boring. It’s so funny, there’s a kid in my alot of my classes who is OBSESSED with reading. I sware, he’s always reading. The teachers (even the english teacher) are always yelling at him to put the book away. I also love writing. Do you know how AWESOME it is to write an acual story? well, trust me it is. For anyone who wants to write a story, here’s my advice: make it about someone you know and change the name. My first stories were all about this girl in my class in 5th grade who said she wanted to rule the world. Let me tell you, it was so much fun writing those stories.

I LOVE mysteries. Nancy Drew mostly. I read the Boxcar Children when I was younger. Has anyone Seen the movie? it’s AWESOME! On the topic of Mysteries and movies, Has ANYONE seen National Treasure 2?! I LOVE IT! it is actually a good sequal. Usually sequals are lame! Xcept for hsm2. Riley is So funny! Go see it!

Has any one of you read any American Girl Books? I think they’re really good. I’ve read all but the Julie series, The new red head (Girl of ‘08), and the Elizabeth, and Emily ones. I ‘ve also read the mystery AG books. Also the Girls of Many Lands books are REALLY good. Cecile “gates of gold” is my Fav! They are about history, but have girls around 10 11 and 12 in it. They are a good way 2 learn about history, while having fun! Check ‘em!

Nancy Yi Fan is 12 years old. When she was in 5th grade she wrote a story based on a dream that expressed her feelings on peace and 9/11. Well, it got published. It’s called Swordbird. Swordbird is a captivating story about peace and freedom. Stone Run forest was once a peaceful forest, until Turnatt, an evil hawk, took over. He built an evil fort, and captured slave birds, and formed an army of evil crows. He turned the cardinals and blue jays, who were once good friends, against each other. While they’re at war, the slave birds try to plot freedom, and Turnatt is becoming more evil each day. Only Swordbird, a majestic white bird with a magical sword, can save Stone Run forest and restore peace, but is he real and more importantly, how will the birds of Stone Run call him? I would recommend this book to anyone who loves stories with great plots and also young writers (like me). Be warned: once you pick up this book, you will NOT be able to put it down. So when you pick it up saying “ok, I’m only gonna read one chapter”, expect to read 5. Next time you find yourself at a bookstore, look for Swordbird. you should totaly read it.

books are so great because if you pick a book with a good story then its like that book can take you any where u want!

Has anyone read the book series: A Series of Unfortunate Events? It is SO good. But, it’s for someone who’s adventurous and isn’t scared of silly things. It’s sad, kind of creepy, but REALLY GOOD! But it is NO fairytale! It’s filled with villians, three ophans, continuous caretakers- who normally die. And the biggest willian of them all COUNT OLAF! Don’t know who he is? READ THE BOOK!!!!!!!

books aren’t nerdy! some people i know think books are nerdy cuz they think that makes them cool,it doesn’t!i love books! my dad travels all over the world! so i realy like book that are like an actual story but still has some stuff about differn’t like for an example i sometimes read magic tree house books, its a storey about kids how travel around the world and back in time but i learn stuff in the story too!(Magic tree house are easy for me too read but they are fun to read too) -Hannah p.s.my favourite books are dear dumb diary cuz they are soooo funny u should try them!

I ADORE READING!!! I learned how to read before I was potty trained! That’s how much I love it! I love books about kids going through tough times or doing cool stuff. Does anyone like Beacon Street Girls books? I love them!

My brand new fav books are “All American Girl” and the sequal “Ready Or Not” They are about a girl named Samantha Madison, who saves the prez. The are by Meg Cabot [who is in my top ten authors list] and REALLY good. I could hardly keep my nose out of them! Chela

Personally, I love novels based on true stories. I think learning about people’s lives is very interesting.
