Questionnaire Deadline: Saturday, February 6, 2010

We are in search of 12 Discovery Girls from New York and New Jersey.

If you live in New York or New Jersey and would like to be considered, click on the link below to download our questionnaire.

NOTIFICATION: If you are chosen to be a New York or a New Jersey Discovery Girl, we will contact you during the week of March 22, 2010. Unfortunately, we are not able to personally contact everyone who sends in a questionnaire. Once the Discovery Girls for New York and New Jersey have been notified, we will post a notice here to let you know. If selected, you will need to be available from April 22 to April 26 for a photo shoot.

NOTIFICATION: If you are chosen to be a New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island Discovery Girl, we will contact you by the second week in July. Unfortunately, we are not able to personally contact everyone who sends in a questionnaire. Once the Discovery Girls for New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island have been notified, we will post a notice here to let you know. If selected, you will need to be available for the 4th and 5th week in August for a photo shoot.
