Last week, we asked you to send us questions for our Role Model finalists—and you came up with some some great ones! We selected three questions and gave them to the finalists to answer. We asked them:
1. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
2. How does it feel to be called a role model?
3. How can you work towards social justice in your lifetime?
Be sure to check out their blogs (just click on each girl to see her "blog" tab), read their answers and get to know them better. Don't forget to keep voting for your favorite role model! You still have 10 days to vote!
After you read their answers, tell us who's answer you like best and why! Oh, and let us know how you would answer the questions, too!

Thanks to all the great girls who entered our contest! We read each and every entry (there were thousands!) and we’re so grateful to you for all the work you put into them! We were inspired by all you’ve done, and we want you to know that we’re keeping your entries on file. (In fact, some of you may be hearing from us yet, as we find other ways to share your stories.) While it was incredibly difficult to choose only 30 finalists, we made the process as fair as we know how, basing our choices only on your accomplishments and personalities. We feel our finalists represent everything that Discovery Girls is about—confidence, enthusiasm, a "can-do" attitude, diversity, and a spirit of giving back to their communities.
Now it's your turn! Starting September 1 (that's Wednesday!), we need your help to narrow it down to 10 great role models. Please take the time to read through our finalists' blogs, look at their pictures, and watch their videos to help you decide who should get your vote. We know you'll make the right decision!
