Q: What should I eat before a big test?
A: Eating the right meal and making sure you get enough sleep before a big test are almost as important as studying, so make sure you do all three! It's super important that you never skip breakfast, especially on the day of a big test. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day even on days you don't have a test. It jump-starts your metabolism and kicks your brain into high gear, so you'll definitely be ready to tackle that test! Try to go for a protein-rich breakfast, with things like eggs, fruit, and yogurt. If your test is later in the day, snack on nuts or a granola bar for an extra energy boost, and be sure to drink lots of water, too!

Usually the day of a big test I eat breakfast!I usually eat Honey Bunches of oats or Rasin Bran.These are heathly cereals that you can eat!You should also have a good nights sleep before the day of the test!And of course study!Don’t be worried usually people who worry worry to much and make mistakes on there test!If its later in the day bring a small heathy snack!True!

Gum totally helps you with a test. It keeps you consuntrated and brings back memories what you learned the previous weeks before the test was given. It gives me better grades on a test. And if the teachers don’t let you have gum than try mints. They are good too!candy

You should’ve always ate breakfast in the first place! After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Eat Wheaties or some other good cereal. I have “gram rules” for cereals that I eat. How to do it, is you look at the ingredients on the cereal box, usually on the side. Then, look up, you see fat, fiber etc. Look at that. The g stands for gram. A gram is about the size of your thumb. Here are my “gram rules”: If the cereal has more than 6g of fat, don’t get it. If it has no fiber, don’t get it, it won’t fill you up. If it has more than 10g sugar, don’t get it. If the cereal has one or more of those, don’t get it, it’s bad for you!I want to help u!
If u no ur not getting enough vitamins n stuff, u should always take gummy vitamins if u dont do that already. Second of all, always have foods rich in everything u need for the day, such s protein and vitamins. Third of all, even if u feel full, u might not b. try eating a little more than u do if u dont think u eat enough. I hope I helped!not true...

ok i know that but Ms. Gurls comment was that her dad was worried she wasnt getting her vitamins, so i just made a suggestion. my moms a nutritionist so im kinda told some of this stuff but i know what you mean, because if you eat lots of foods rich in vitamins, you obviously dont HAVE to take a chewable. :)dont skip breakfast!
hi! try taking a chewable multi vitamin if you arent already. breakfast is seriously the most important meal of the day, and keeps you going all day. you might even start to feel sick if you skip breakfast, or like you said, are super hungry! try eating foods really rich in protien and fibre. if you like smoothies, you could make like a strawberry banana smooothie and add soy protien powder which has tons of added vitiamins and protien so it will fill you up! plus they taste yummy :) I hope this helps!!!thanks!!!!
