Everyone feels overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or exhausted every now and then. It can be difficult to manage those feelings, but if you can stay calm, you'll be able to deal with all of life's surprises better.
Here's one way to help you stay calm, slow down, and relax.
Sit in a comfortable, cross-legged position with your spine straight. Let your eyes close and bring your awareness to your breath. Feel yourself breathe in and out. After a few breaths you'll notice you can take longer and deeper breaths. Gradually try to lengthen your inhales and exhales for 10 counts each.
When you're done open your eyes and notice how you feel. Are you calmer? More relaxed? Ready to face the day?

ok. now try to do activitys with them that include fun for them. tell them, as an example,”ok, were going to play a game, but after you have to let me read (or draw,go on the computer,ext.) ok?” have them pinky swear oor something. that way you get what you want and so do they. works for me =Dsoooooo sory

I have two best friends who hate each other. It is very hard because I feel like I’m in the middle of the whole situation when I don’t want to. Now my best friend didn’t talk to me today and I’m afraid she’ll be mad at me all the time. I wish that they will sort this out so I won’t have to choose who to hang out with. oooh girl that is tough but i wouldnt get in the middle of it what i did when that happened 2 me was i pretended nothing was going on and i didnt take sides. eventually they sorted it out on their own!!!what works 4 me
what i do is i run up to my room and get under the covers. i turn on some music and text my friends and after lyk 20 minutes, its time for my 7TH FREAKIN EXTRA TAP REHEARSAL THIS WEEK! aaargh some1 help me its the week of my dance recital im in 4 dances and my tap teacher is driving me INSANE!!! we are doing a tap dance to Will Rodgers Follies(u probably dont know what tht is) and the lead role of Mr. Rodgers is my worst enemy he is the owners son so he gets everything and he thinks he is awesome but he really isnt yesss i know this is a run on sentence. but my tap teacher makes us come to extra rehearsals every day almost and i cant calm down wanna know why? go to youtube.com/ourfavoriteson and find the video that says it is broadcasted live from japan or something the part where they sit down and do some sort of hand jive is what we have to do so please give me ideas on how…to…DEAL!!!wow, you seem like a busy
wow, you seem like a busy person, if you enjoy dance alot and want to be famous one day then you will have to deal with all this stuff, all the time, but if its getting too stressful on you, your not doing your homework, and don’t have time for friends, maybe you should cut back your hours and consentrate on other stuff, or maybe set out an hour a day, to hang out with your friends and stuff, hope this helps.yah its normally not like

You can do whatever interests you by yourself to just think. If your into nature try taking a walk. If your into beauty try taking a lavander bubble bath and painting your nails. Listen to some calming music or do some yoga. YMCA’s usually provide yoga classes for kids and begginers.Relax
Another thing to do when your stressed is listen to calm music. Sitting outside when its nice out helps clear your mind too.calmness
