DEADLINE: Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut questionnaires must be received by April 18.

NOTIFICATION: If you are chosen to be a Pennsylvania, New York, or Connecticut Discovery Girl, we will contact you in the beginning of May. Unfortunately, we are not able to personally contact everyone who sends in a questionnaire. Once the Discovery Girls for Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut have been notified, we will post a notice here to let you know. If selected, you will need to be available for two days during the last week in June for a photo shoot.
